| Preparation |
| To prepare lyophilized TaqMan® probes as a 100 μM stock product, they should be reconstituted with nuclease-free water or TE buffer at the volume specified during quality control. |
| Do not vortex; mix by pipetting. |
| The required volume is stated on the product label and in the user guide. |
| Shelf Life |
| Lyophilized probes stable 1 year at +4°C; |
| after dissolution in nuclease-free water or TE buffer, stable up to 6 months at -20°C. |
