Custom Probes for Precision and Performance
Our single-labeled and dual-labeled probe synthesis is optimized for diverse molecular biology applications. Dual-labeled TaqMan® probes deliver high sensitivity and specificity in qPCR assays, while single-labeled probes are commonly used in conventional PCR, Southern blot, Northern blot, as well as in various genotyping and mutation detection assays.
Production & Quality Assurance
Each probe is synthesized using high-purity reagents and advanced solid-phase synthesis technologies, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility. All probes undergo rigorous quality control, including LC-MS and spectrophotometric analysis. Upon request, functional validation can be performed using qPCR to confirm probe performance in real assay conditions.
Lyophilized probes have a shelf life of 1 year at +4 °C. Once dissolved in nuclease-free water or TE buffer, storage stability is up to 6 months at -20 °C, depending on buffer composition and pH. Our contamination-free synthesis and handling processes ensure that each probe is free from nucleases and other potential inhibitors.

Maximize Signal Strength with the Right Fluorescent Dye
In qPCR and other fluorescence-based assays, the emission wavelength of the dye directly impacts result accuracy and the signal-to-noise ratio. Your instrument’s optical filter specifications and the multiplexing requirements of your assay make the right dye selection essential.
Optimize Dye–Quencher Pairing
Not all quenchers are compatible with every fluorescent dye. For efficient quenching, the quencher’s absorption spectrum must overlap with the dye’s emission spectrum. Incorrect pairing can cause weak signals or high background noise.
The table below shows the absorption (Abs) and emission (Em) wavelengths of our fluorescent dyes along with their compatible quenchers. Selecting the most suitable match for your application ensures maximum sensitivity and data reliability.
