DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer via contracted courier services.

For products requiring custom synthesis (e.g., primer/probe synthesis, oligo design), preparation and production may take additional time beyond the standard shipping period.

For items that must be shipped under cold chain conditions, proper logistical planning is ensured, and customers are informed in advance.

Any potential delay in delivery will be communicated via email or phone.

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, a damage report must be filled out with the courier, and the package should not be accepted. Please notify us immediately in such cases.

RETURN POLICY

Products provided by Probesynthesis are custom-made and often shipped with cold chain logistics. Therefore, they are non-returnable under the Right of Withdrawal in accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502).

However, return or replacement is possible in the following cases:

Product has a manufacturing defect

Incorrect product was delivered

Product became unusable due to cold chain failure during shipping (must be documented with photos and official report)

In such cases, written notice must be sent to info@probesynthesis.com within 2 business days from the date of delivery.

Once return is approved, the product must be returned:

Unused

Undamaged

In its original packaging

With all components and documentation included

After the returned product is inspected and the issue is confirmed, either replacement or refund will be processed. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
